I’m your partner in developing a strategy to embrace and accept a new culture, transforming your journey into a life-enriching experience.
I'm originally from Sweden and have over 40 years of experience living abroad. My journey has taken me to France, Norway, Finland, Italy, and the Netherlands, enriching my understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives.
As a single mother, I’ve managed various management roles within large corporations while raising my wonderful daughter. This journey has given me a deep appreciation for the value of a support system and a coach.
Over my 20-year career at IKEA, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and mentoring hundreds of individuals and overseeing international projects.
I understand firsthand the challenges of adapting to a new culture, language, and lifestyle. I use this experience to create a supportive and understanding environment, making the transition for others as smooth as possible.
My professional interactions are guided by the highest standards of integrity and ethics, as I wholeheartedly adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics.
I coach in Swedish, Italian, and English. I also have basic knowledge of Dutch, Norwegian, Spanish, and French.
My passions are design, fashion, home furnishing, food, art, literature, seaside life (best on the Amalfi coast), organizing dinners for friends (Italian food), and travelling.
